Welcome to Vahansathii By using our service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Description
- We offer vehicle document management and automated reminder notifications.
- Users receive email reminders 7 days, 3 days, and on the expiry date.
2. Subscription Plans
We provide four plans:
- Free — up to 1 vehicle
- Basic — up to 5 vehicles
- Plus — up to 10 vehicles
- Premium — unlimited vehicles
Available billing cycles: Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate personal and vehicle details
- Update expired or changed documents
- Ensure their email remains active and accessible
We are not responsible if:
- The user enters incorrect information
- Emails go to spam or are blocked by the email provider
- The user’s inbox is full or inactive
4. Limitation of Liability
Our service provides reminder notifications only. We do not take responsibility for:
- Any fines, penalties, or legal consequences due to expired documents
- Inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the user
- Email delivery issues
- Any notification failure caused by technical issues, server errors, email provider problems, or any other system-related interruptions
You are fully responsible for tracking your document dates even while using our service.
5. Payment
- All payments are handled securely via Razorpay.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge you based on the selected plan.
6. Cancellation & Refund
- Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Misuse the service
- Provide false information
- Attempt to disrupt or abuse the platform
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our vehicle document tracking and reminder service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the data required to provide our service:
- Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Vehicle Details
- Document Expiry Dates
We never store or access your payment card details — all payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data for:- Creating and managing your user account
- Sending expiry reminders (7 days, 3 days, and same day)
- Contacting you for service-related updates
- Processing subscriptions
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Payment processing partners (Razorpay)
- Legal authorities (only if required by law)
4. Data Security
- We use secure protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access.
- However, no online platform is 100% risk-free, and you share information at your own discretion.
5. User Rights
You can:
- Request deletion of your account
- Update your personal information
- Opt out of marketing communication (we currently don’t send marketing emails)
6. Third-Party Services
- Payments are handled by Razorpay. Their privacy policy applies to all transactions.

Refund And Cancellations
1. Subscription Cancellation
- Users can cancel their subscription anytime from their account dashboard or by contacting support.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 100% refund only if:
- The subscription is cancelled within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
3. Free Plan
- The free plan does not require payment and therefore does not fall under refund terms.
4. Processing Time
- If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
